Please read these terms carefully before using RozHisab. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RozHisab ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our") at rozhisab.com, you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of RozHisab after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

RozHisab is a personal finance tracking web application that allows users to:

  • Manually record income and expense transactions.
  • Set and monitor monthly budgets by category.
  • View financial reports and spending analytics.
  • Use financial calculators (SIP, EMI, Salary, GST).
  • Track recurring bills and subscriptions.
  • Export transaction data as CSV files.

RozHisab is a manual entry tool. We do not connect to, access, or sync with any bank account, UPI service, or financial institution. All data is entered voluntarily by the user.

Free Service: RozHisab is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Existing free users will be notified with adequate notice before any changes take effect.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@rozhisab.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
  • Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use RozHisab to:

  • Upload, transmit, or store any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in an abusive manner.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation.
  • Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these usage policies without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, code, logos, and trademarks of RozHisab are the exclusive property of RozHisab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of the financial data you enter into RozHisab. We do not claim any ownership rights over your personal or financial data.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimers

⚠️ Not Financial Advice: RozHisab is a personal finance tracking tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions.
  • The AI insights feature provides generalised suggestions based on your entered data. These are not professional financial recommendations.
  • Calculator results (SIP, EMI, Salary, GST) are estimates based on user-provided inputs. Actual figures may vary.
  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RozHisab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or financial information.
  • Financial decisions made based on data or insights from RozHisab.
  • Service interruptions or technical failures.
  • Unauthorised access to your account by third parties despite our security measures.

Our total liability shall not exceed ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice. In case of termination by us without cause, we will provide reasonable notice where possible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of RozHisab shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
