Summary: RozHisab offers a Free plan (forever free) and a Premium plan (β‚Ή99/month or β‚Ή599/year). All Premium subscriptions are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is made. Please try the Free plan before upgrading to ensure Premium meets your needs.

1. Our Subscription Plans

RozHisab offers two plans:

  • Free Plan: 100 manual transactions, 3 bank statement imports, basic features β€” free forever.
  • Premium Plan:
    • β‚Ή99 per month (billed monthly) β€” non-refundable
    • β‚Ή599 per year (billed annually β€” save β‚Ή589/year) β€” non-refundable
    • Unlimited transactions, unlimited bank imports, tax tracker, portfolio analytics, CSV/PDF export, and more.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We never store your card details.

⚠️ Important: Premium subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment is completed. Please ensure you want to upgrade before making a purchase. We recommend using the Free plan first to evaluate if RozHisab meets your needs.

2. No Cancellation, No Refund Policy

2.1 All Premium Subscriptions Are Final

  • Once you purchase a Premium subscription (monthly or annual), the payment is final and non-refundable.
  • There is no cancellation option for active Premium subscriptions.
  • You will have access to Premium features for the duration of your subscription period (1 month or 12 months).
  • Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew each month unless you turn off auto-renewal before making the initial payment.
  • Annual subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and do not auto-renew.

2.2 Why This Policy Exists

  • RozHisab is offered at an affordable price (β‚Ή99/month, β‚Ή599/year) with a generous Free plan to try before buying.
  • Once you gain access to Premium features and import unlimited transactions, we cannot "undo" the service provided.
  • This policy prevents subscription abuse and keeps our prices low for genuine users.

2.3 Before You Subscribe

To avoid any issues, please:

  • βœ… Use the Free plan (100 transactions, 3 bank imports) to fully evaluate RozHisab.
  • βœ… Review the Premium features list on our Pricing page.
  • βœ… Ensure you understand that all payments are final and non-refundable.
  • βœ… Contact us at support@rozhisab.com if you have questions before upgrading.

3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions Only)

Refunds are only issued in the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 Billing Errors

  • If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charged after cancellation), contact us immediately.
  • We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was an error on our side.
  • Refunds for billing errors are issued within 5-7 business days.

3.3 Technical Issues Preventing Service Use

  • If you are unable to access RozHisab due to a technical issue on our end that persists for more than 72 hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or account credit.
  • You must report the issue to support@rozhisab.com within 7 days of the incident.
  • Refunds are at RozHisab's discretion and are not guaranteed if the issue was caused by your device, browser, or internet connection.

4. How to Request a Refund (Exceptions Only)

Refunds are only issued for the exceptional circumstances listed in Section 3. If you believe you qualify, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@rozhisab.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request β€” [your registered email]"
  3. Include the following information:
    • Your RozHisab account email address
    • Date of purchase
    • Payment reference or transaction ID (from your bank statement or Razorpay confirmation email)
    • Reason for refund request
  4. Response time: We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  5. Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases (these are NOT exceptions):

  • Change of mind: If you decide you no longer want Premium after purchasing, no refund will be issued. You will retain access for your subscription period.
  • Did not use the service: If you purchased Premium but did not use it, no refund will be issued. The Free plan was available to test before buying.
  • Found a cheaper alternative: If you find another app you prefer, no refund will be issued.
  • Misunderstood features: If you did not understand what Premium features included, no refund will be issued. All features are listed on our Pricing page.
  • Financial hardship: While we sympathize with difficult situations, we cannot issue refunds for personal financial reasons.
  • Account suspension for Terms violation: If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
  • Unauthorised access: If someone else used your account or payment method without your permission, we are not responsible. Please secure your credentials and report unauthorised charges to your bank.
  • Free plan users: Since the Free plan costs β‚Ή0, no refunds apply.
  • Forgot to use Premium features: If you paid for Premium but continued using only Free plan features, no refund will be issued.
  • Did not receive the value expected: Subjective value assessment is not grounds for a refund. Use the Free plan to evaluate before upgrading.
⚠️ Final Reminder: All Premium subscriptions are final sale once payment is completed. There are no cancellations, no refunds, and no exceptions beyond Section 3 (billing errors, technical issues, service not as described). If you are unsure, please use the Free plan or contact us at support@rozhisab.com before purchasing.

6. Payment Method & Processing

  • All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
  • We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets.
  • RozHisab does not store your card details β€” Razorpay handles all payment data securely.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For UPI and wallet payments, refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect.
  • For card payments, refunds may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

7. Automatic Renewals (Monthly Plans Only)

  • Monthly Premium subscriptions (β‚Ή99/month) automatically renew each month unless you disable auto-renewal.
  • You can turn off auto-renewal from Settings β†’ Subscription β†’ Manage Auto-Renewal.
  • Disabling auto-renewal means you will not be charged again after your current month expires, but you cannot cancel or refund the current month.
  • You will receive a renewal reminder email 3 days before your subscription renews.
  • Annual Premium subscriptions (β‚Ή599/year) are valid for 12 months and do not auto-renew. You will need to manually purchase again after 12 months if you wish to continue.
  • Once a renewal payment is processed, it is non-refundable β€” no exceptions.
Important: If you do not want to be charged for another month, disable auto-renewal before your current month ends. Once the payment processes, it cannot be refunded.

  • When your Premium subscription expires (monthly or annual), you will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan.
  • Your existing transactions remain accessible, but you cannot add more than 100 total transactions or import more than 3 bank statements.
  • Premium features (unlimited transactions, tax tracker, portfolio analytics, CSV/PDF export) will be disabled.
  • You can re-subscribe to Premium at any time to regain access to these features.
  • Your data is NOT deleted β€” only Premium features are locked.

9. Account Deletion

  • You can delete your RozHisab account at any time from Settings β†’ Danger Zone β†’ Delete Account.
  • If you have an active Premium subscription, it will be cancelled, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.
  • All your data (transactions, budgets, investments, bills) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • If you wish to keep your data, export it as CSV before deleting your account.
  • Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

If you have a billing dispute:

  • Contact us first: Email support@rozhisab.com with your concern. We will investigate within 5 business days.
  • Billing errors only: We will only issue refunds for actual billing errors (duplicate charge, wrong amount, unauthorized charge).
  • Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks: If you file a chargeback for a legitimate charge (e.g., "I changed my mind" or "I didn't use it"), we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence to your bank.
  • Account recovery: Accounts suspended due to chargebacks will only be restored if you withdraw the chargeback or if we determine it was filed in error.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our pricing, subscription model, or for legal reasons. When we make changes:

  • The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated.
  • Significant changes will be communicated via email to active Premium subscribers.
  • Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the policy update.
