Refund Policy
Our commitment to being fair and transparent about payments and refunds.

Currently Free: RozHisab is completely free to use. There are no paid plans at this time, which means there are no charges and no refunds to process.
Current Service Status
As of the date of this policy, RozHisab is a free service. No payment is required to register or use any feature. Therefore, no financial transactions occur between you and RozHisab at this time.
Future Paid Plans
RozHisab may introduce optional paid subscription plans in the future. When paid plans are introduced, the following refund terms will apply:
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancellable at any time. No refund for the current billing period, but you will not be charged again.
- Annual subscriptions: A pro-rated refund will be issued for unused complete months if cancelled within the first 30 days. No refund after 30 days.
- Trial periods: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
How to Request a Refund
If paid plans are introduced and you wish to request a refund, contact us at:

- Include: Your account email, reason for refund, and payment reference if available.
- Response time: Within 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension.
- Requests made after the eligible refund window has closed.
- Charges resulting from unauthorised account access due to failure to protect your credentials.
